Cleanroom production: deep-drawn parts for critical areas

Cleanrooms place particularly high demands to the air: The concentration of airborne particles must be reduced to a minimum. The ISO 14644-1 specifies whichever is the minimum. It differentiates nine cleanroom classes.

In cleanrooms the air follows a given flow and is constantly filtered. Staff, equipment and tools must pass locks. Special work clothes and tools help to prevent contamination.
After construction and periodically during operation of a cleanroom particle measurements are performed. Based on these measurements the purity of the room is classified.
STÜKEN operates class 7 cleanrooms - and thus occupies a special position as a supplier of deep drawn parts in micro-mechanics and medical engineering.
