Testing: one hundred percent reliable
Electronic and automotive systems, micromechanics and medical engineering - demanding security applications require special testing procedures. They ensure accuracy in the micrometer range and accuracy - one hundred percent.
Eddy Current Testing
Eddy current testing is an electrical method for the nondestructive testing of materials. A coil produces an alternating magnetic field which then induces eddy currents in the material. Contamination or damage lead to differences in the eddy current density because they have a different electrical conductivity or other magnetic properties as the true and undamaged material. These deviations are detected by a sensor.
The visual inspection is an essential method for the nondestructive testing of materials. It may be carried out directly or indirectly. At STÜKEN powerful cameras are used for visual inspection.
100% dimensional inspection
For particularly high requirements STÜKEN has developed equipments that enable a 100-percent examination.
